Reliability Prediction (MTBF) Services (remote)

A Crimson Quality expert consultant will take your bill of materials (BOM) and operating conditions to complete a standards-based reliability prediction. MTBF services are available using either MIL-HDBK-217 or Telcordia. Deliverables include an analysis report detailing failure rate/MTBF results, graphical output and an explanation of the methodology and results. At your request, Crimson Quality will also provide a copy of the WQS (Relex) project file used to complete the analysis.

FRACAS Quick-Start (on-site)

A Crimson Quality expert consultant will visit your site to help your team get the most out of Windchill (Relex) FRACAS. Two days will be used to cover the software in detail and understand the choices and implications available for your FRACAS process. The third day will be used to work alongside your team to tailor one of the available, standard FRACAS templates to your specific needs.

FMEA Quick Start (on-site)

A Crimson Quality expert consultant will visit your site to help your team get the most out of Windchill (Relex) FMEA. Two days will be used to learn the key features of Windchill FMEA, including advanced FMEA techniques and utilities. The third day will be used to work alongside your team to tailor one of the available, standard FMEA templates to your specific needs.

Ad hoc WR&R (Relex) Implementation (on-site and/or remote)

A Crimson Quality expert consultant will complete a discovery to understand your specific needs for Windchill Risk and Reliability implementation. A complete Statement of Work (SOW) will be agreed, with exact deliverables and timeline. Ad hoc WR&R Implementation can be used to configure software, provide training, or supply best practice consulting.
